Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how creative services booked through StreetCreator should be scoped, performed, submitted, reviewed and completed.

Operator: Splashmax Creative Ltd  ·  Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Marketplace role

StreetCreator is a marketplace operated by Splashmax Creative Ltd. Unless StreetCreator expressly agrees in writing to provide a managed or direct service, creative services are performed directly by independent third-party service providers for the buyers who book them. StreetCreator provides technology and operational tools for discovery, profiles, briefs, bookings, communications, supported payments, delivery records, reviews and disputes.

2. Booking and scope

Before work begins, the booking should identify the creator, buyer, service, price, expected deliverables and relevant timing. Where applicable it should also record location, production date, revisions, format, usage requirements, equipment, travel, raw/source-file requirements and other material terms.

Material additions or changes to scope may require a revised price, revised deadline, add-on or separate booking. A creator is not automatically required to perform work that was not reasonably included in the confirmed scope.

3. Buyer responsibilities

Buyer-caused delays may reasonably extend delivery dates where the creator cannot proceed without missing information, access, materials or approvals.

4. Creator responsibilities

5. Digital and remote services

For design, editing, illustration, motion, voice, content and other remote services, delivery may consist of final files, links, exports or other digital deliverables agreed in the booking. Source files, raw files, editable files, project files or unused concepts are included only where stated or agreed.

6. On-location services

For photography, filming, styling, makeup, talent, events, activations, drone work, field teams and other location-based services, the booking should specify the date, place, expected duration and material production requirements. Travel, permits, venue access, equipment, assistants and external production costs should be agreed where relevant.

Creators may stop or decline work where conditions are materially unsafe or unlawful. Drone and other regulated activities remain subject to applicable local permissions and operating rules.

7. Delivery evidence

StreetCreator may use submitted files, proof links, timestamps, booking records, platform messages, agreed milestones and other relevant evidence to determine whether delivery occurred. Users should keep material scope changes and approvals within the platform where supported.

8. Revisions

A buyer may request revisions that are included in the booked package or agreed scope. Revisions should relate to the original requirements and should not be used to obtain a substantially different project without additional agreement. Where no revision allowance is specified, the parties should agree any requested revision before additional work is performed.

9. Review and acceptance

Buyers should inspect submitted work promptly and either approve it, request an included revision, or raise a specific material issue. Approval indicates that the buyer accepts the delivered work for purposes of the marketplace workflow, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

StreetCreator may introduce a defined review window for particular products or markets. Where such a window applies, it will be disclosed in the booking or relevant workflow.

10. Delays and missed delivery

If a creator expects to miss an agreed deadline, the creator should notify the buyer as soon as reasonably possible and propose a revised date. A short delay does not automatically entitle either party to cancel where the work remains useful and the parties agree to continue. Material non-delivery or a delay that defeats the purpose of the booking may be escalated under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Milestones and larger projects

Where StreetCreator supports milestones, each milestone may have its own amount, deliverable and approval state. Completion or approval of one milestone does not automatically mean later milestones have been completed. Cancellation or refund decisions may take account of work already completed and accepted.

12. Rights and final files

Usage rights, ownership and licensing depend on the booking and any written agreement between buyer and creator. Payment does not automatically transfer rights to pre-existing creator tools, templates, methods, raw files or third-party licensed material unless the applicable terms provide otherwise.

13. Completion and creator settlement eligibility

A creator's earnings become eligible for settlement only after the associated buyer payment is provider-confirmed and the booking reaches the required completion state. Eligibility may be delayed by an open dispute, refund, reversal, chargeback, verification issue, fraud review, incorrect payout information or other legitimate risk control.

Payment protection is a workflow, not independent escrow.
StreetCreator records payment and booking status and coordinates supported settlement workflows. StreetCreator does not represent itself as a bank or independent regulated escrow provider.

14. Problems with delivery

Where delivered work is materially inconsistent with the confirmed scope, the buyer should identify the specific issue and provide supporting evidence. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may be correction, an included revision, additional time, partial cancellation, full cancellation, partial refund, full refund or rejection of an unsupported claim.

15. Contact

Questions about service delivery or an active booking can be sent to info@splashmaxcreative.com. Where the platform provides a booking-specific dispute workflow, users should use it so the matter remains connected to the booking record.
