1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of StreetCreator, including accounts, creator profiles, portfolios, service packages, briefs, bookings, messaging, payments, delivery tools, reviews, disputes and support channels. It supplements the StreetCreator Terms of Service and other marketplace policies.
2. Lawful creative services only
StreetCreator may only be used to offer, request, buy or deliver lawful creative and production services. Users must comply with applicable laws, licences, permits, location rules, intellectual-property obligations and professional requirements relevant to their work.
Users may not use StreetCreator to arrange illegal goods or services, money laundering, fraud, bribery, trafficking, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, malicious software, weapons-related wrongdoing, regulated financial activity without authorisation, or any activity whose primary purpose is to evade law or payment-provider rules.
3. Honest identity, profiles and portfolios
- Account and verification information must be accurate, current and belong to the person or business represented.
- Users may not impersonate another person, business or creator, submit forged documents, misrepresent qualifications or manipulate verification.
- Creators must only display portfolio work they created, participated in, licensed or otherwise have permission to use.
- Service descriptions, prices, locations, equipment, experience, availability and delivery claims must not be materially misleading.
4. Marketplace integrity and payments
- Users must not create sham bookings, fabricated transactions, artificial sales, payment loops or other activity intended to disguise the true purpose or source of funds.
- Users must not misuse cards, mobile-money accounts, payment credentials, refunds, reversals or chargebacks.
- Users must not manipulate StreetCreator records or attempt to bypass fraud, verification, payment or payout controls.
- Users should keep material booking, scope and delivery information on the platform where supported so that StreetCreator can review disputes fairly.
- Deliberate fee circumvention or deceptive attempts to move an existing StreetCreator transaction off-platform may result in account restrictions.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
StreetCreator does not permit content or behaviour that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, exploitative, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or intended to facilitate harm. Users may not use the platform to solicit non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking, credible threats, targeted harassment or other serious abuse.
Creative briefs and deliverables must not intentionally deceive consumers, impersonate public or private persons for fraud, or materially misrepresent products or events in ways that violate applicable law.
6. Intellectual property and third-party rights
Users must respect copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights and other third-party rights. Buyers must have authority to provide brand assets, music, footage, photographs, scripts, product claims and other materials supplied to creators. Creators must obtain appropriate permissions for third-party material incorporated into deliverables unless the buyer is responsible for supplying those rights.
7. Reviews, ratings and reputation
Reviews must reflect genuine marketplace experiences. Buying, selling, fabricating, coercing or exchanging reviews is prohibited. Users may not threaten negative reviews to obtain services, refunds or benefits outside the agreed booking.
8. Safety for on-location work
Buyers must disclose material location requirements and known safety considerations. Creators may decline or stop work where a location, request or situation is materially unsafe, unlawful or substantially different from the agreed scope. Users must not pressure another person to perform unsafe acts, trespass, violate aviation restrictions, operate equipment unlawfully or work without required permissions.
9. Platform and system abuse
Users may not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with StreetCreator systems, introduce malware, scrape restricted data, defeat access controls, probe security without authorisation, abuse APIs, harvest personal information or use automated activity that materially degrades the service.
10. Verification, monitoring and enhanced review
StreetCreator may review identity information, business information, portfolios, service descriptions, transaction patterns, payout information, complaints and other risk indicators. Where information is incomplete, inconsistent or higher-risk, StreetCreator may request clarification or additional documents and may delay verification, publication, booking privileges or payout eligibility while the matter is reviewed.
11. Enforcement
Depending on severity and available evidence, StreetCreator may remove content, reject a listing, request additional verification, warn a user, restrict marketplace or payout features, suspend an account, terminate access, preserve relevant records, reverse an internal booking state where supported, or cooperate with payment providers, authorities or rights holders where legally required.
StreetCreator may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, serious safety concerns, unlawful activity, payment risk or legal obligations.
12. Reporting concerns
Report suspected fraud, impersonation, unsafe activity, prohibited services or other marketplace abuse to info@splashmaxcreative.com. For an active booking dispute, use the booking dispute process where available and preserve relevant messages, files and evidence.
